Flat rate shipping fee of ￥1100 (multiple orders are also ￥1100)
However, shipping cost will be ¥2400 for Okinawa and remote island areas.

Returns and Exchanges

1. If the product is damaged
   If the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 6 days of receipt. If we have the product in stock, we will exchange it for a good one.
   If we do not have the item in stock, we will refund your money.
   We will contact you again regarding the return of the merchandise in the event of a refund.
