　　bevelled glass

High-grade glass with angled glass edges used for high-end doll cases.
Also called beveled glass. The colored areas in the figure below are cut at an angle.
(The glass of the watch case is not colored. Not compatible with "three-piece cases" and "winding machines.")

The paint adds more luster and a mirror finish.
As you can see, you can even read the print on the paper placed under the case.
