At the time of reservation, we were told that you were looking for a case that would allow you to enjoy the flavor of the wood itself.
First of all, it is unpigmented oak, but we do not have any finished pieces.
Let me show you some of the scraps... It looks like this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, we actually made a watch case out of unpainted oak and

There is virtually no change in color before and after oil application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


When this oil is applied to the surface of the wood

In other words, it is like applying hand cream to your hands.
I would oil it and prevent it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


So, in the case of oak or walnut wood,
In the summer or during relatively humid seasons,
There is no need to think so hard, though,
Like human skin, in winter or in dry season,
You can apply it about once a month.
It stabilizes quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


If you don't paint, you can still use the \"don't paint\" method,
Then, this, oil and moisture can easily come out of the wood!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


This can cause warping.
I'm not sure if the warping can be seen with the eye or not,
In many cases, it is about as kiwi as it gets....<\/p>\n\n\n\n


For example, the ones that warped in the winter,
The next season, during the rainy season or so, it comes back the other way.
Lumber makes that move all year round, though,
However, it is also impossible to know if a warped object will return 100 percent of the time.
So, about once a month, especially during the dry season.
Please oil and treat them.
Be prepared for anything!
(For heavier woods such as rosewood type, striped ebony, etc.)

Soulbird uses an oil called orange oil.
